There’s nothing better than a long term relationship. We get to know how you like to work, your expectations and goals for your business and exactly what input you need from us.

Areas of support can be defined differently for each of our clients, so wherever your need lies, we can put a framework in place to assist you.

We've also introduced a support credit system for existing clients where you purchase credits based on how urgent you believe your fix or problem to be. Here’s how it works:

Incredibly Urgent	Buy 5 credits and we'll fix your problem that day
Rather Urgent	Buy 3 credits and we'll fix your problem in under 48 hours
Annoying	Buy 1 credit and we'll fix your problem in a working week

The above is based on a few useful things being in place too:

1. We have ease of access to your site and it’s written in a .NET language.
2. If we think the problem can’t be fixed in the time you’ve specified, we’ll let you know and give you some options.
3. Out of business hours support can be made available – just call us.
