The Proposal
O'Connell & Squelch wanted to really inspire the site's
visitors to join, participate and ultimately use the site as a
valuable resource. The site needed to use the home page space
effectively, be easy to navigate, encourage membership and utilise
fresh content.
The Solution
The brief allowed us to develop a news and events feed onto the
home page where the content managment system would enable staff to
add new information on a daily basis. There's a booking facility
for events and also a member database to promote all members and a
featured member option which could become an additional revenue
stream. The chamber is extremely active in communicating with its
audience and so its newsletter archive proves invaluable for
reference and resource.
The Outcome
Since the launch, the chamber has had fantastic feedback on both
the look and function of the site and has created a real and
valuable buzz around its position as a forward thinking and
pro-active organisation.

Knowsley Chamber of Commerce
Knowsley Chamber needed to undergo a rebrand and move their
online provision onto a new level. This meant that O'Connell & Squelch who had been
charged with the task, needed a partner company to deliver the
technical solution.
It was the goal of the chamber's new CEO to become one of the
most active and supportive chambers of the local business community
and to give members and potential members alike, the opportunity to
embrace the website and access its rich source of information.
