The Proposal
Snowdonia's growth revealed a need for accurate database
communication and data cleansing. To move forward in their
marketing strategy, they required the development of a
customer relationship management system which
would be bespoke to their business objectives and needs.
The Solution
Overbyte spent time with the team who would be using the new CRM
to accurately understand what would assist their role such as user
interface, nomenclature, fields, screens and reporting. It was
essential that we appreciated the end user's objectives and
responded to this over the course of the build creating an agile
development environment.
The Outcome
Snowdonia's marketing team now has an evolving CRM which
integrates effectively into the company's future planning. This
will enable the company to build from a stable, singular
application with the facility for exponential growth.
