Creating a website is more than what looks good. Here are some of the assignments we frequently undertake for our clients:

Bullet Information architecture Bullet Content management
Bullet Intranet Bullet E-Commerce
Bullet Campaign microsites Bullet User testing
Bullet Competitor & industry research Bullet Best practice & knowledge sharing
Bullet Mobile website development Bullet Staff CMS training

Our development process works with your business objectives using the best route to get there. We begin by understanding your:

Industry, Competitors, Thought Leadership

Emerging from this phase is intelligent information architecture (IA) that will fulfill your goals, ensure extensibility and maintain longevity.

We then very quickly turn our attention to the end user and their experience which is all about:

Engaging, Communicating, Simplifying

A user's journey is identified early on and we encourage testing with a variety of audience types to ensure your information is disseminated logically and that naming methods are straightforward and meaningful.

With an intelligent IA and usability in place, between us we work out what functionality is necessary, then what is desirable. It's our purpose to add value to the site, not distract with contrived devices.

It is only at this point that the design elements and concepts are put together taking all of the above into the heart of the design.

...and finally, we insist that our websites are content managed giving you control over what you say and when.

A good deal of the time we use Umbraco which is an open source content management system (CMS) and this means there are no licence or upgrade fees. It is fully supported and is enjoyed by many known brands such as Heinz, Microsoft ASP.NET and Sony Music Shop.

The more you talk to us about your website, the better placed we'll be to exceed your expectations.
